Signed in ballpoint pen by the full classic lineup: Mike Patton [who adds "OI MATE" before his name], Jim Martin, Billy Gould, and Roddy Bottum [all on the reverse], with Mike Bordin signing the front. The signatures were obtained on the night by two determined fans who successfully made their way backstage to meet the band.
