VARIOUS Top Of The Pops 796 (Rare official 1980 BBC
Transcription Services Radio Show LP, plain die cut sleeve.
These LPs all follow the same format of a 27:00 presented
show on one side and a locked groove show trailer track and
individual tracks with no commentary on the other. This
particular show features tracks from Wreckless Eric, Jon &
Vangelis, Cliff Richard, Dave Edmunds, Rupert Holmes, The
Specials, The Selecter & The Boomtown Rats. This record was
part of the Nimbus pressing archive acquired from a former
Executive of the company, so the disc was effectively a test
pressing at Nimbus and has therefore been played once at the
most 145889/90-S)
