Also includes a 48-page casebound book with new essay, photographs & previously unseen content, all housed in a 6" x 5½" x 4½" picture box with lift up lid, spot lacquered design & thecontents sheet pasted one side. Although not sealed, the collector's piece remains in near mint condition)
