TRACKLISTING AND EXTRA INFORMATION
Mel Bush was a legendary concert promoter in the 1970's and 80's. He promoted such infamous concerts as Bowie's Aladdin Sane tour (where Ziggy 'retired'), Queens early tours and Led Zeppelin at Earls Court.
With each of the acts he promoted, once a successful tour or concert was over, he would commission a commemorative plaque or mirror as a souvenir of the event, and presented to the artist.
The plaque itself measuring 10" x 15" and was commissioned back in '74.
The plaque is stylishly screen printed in two colours, blue & red, and replicates the front cover of the concert programme with an eye-catching design. The promoters details are at the top of the plaque with the venue and concert date, with the acts on the bill below.
Despite its age this plaque remains in really nice condition, with few signs of patina and some light scuffs. A stunning item.
