ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK The New Barbarians (Limited edition 2015 US 14-track LP, pressed on Heavyweight Audiophile quality 180 Gram Heavyweight Vinyl Sand Splattered Vinyl. Features the score to the 1983 Enzo G. Castellari movie, as composed by Goblin's Claudio Simonetti, an epic tale of rebellion amongst the nuclear ruins, with the kind of bloodthirsty montage of flamethrowers & pompadours only the Italians in the eighties could conjur up. Issued in a gatefold sleeve with artwork courtesy of Wes Benscoter (Slayer, Cattle Decapitation & Black Sabbath), complete with obi-strip & booklet featuring notes by the composer, an interview with the director & an essay on the film by Jonathon McCalmont. This copy is still in the original shrink and the vinyl is unplayed, as it has only been opened to identify the vinyl colour. Limited to 500 copies DW025)
