BRIDGES Vakenatt (Rare 2018 Norwegian only numbered limited-edition boxset including a 10-track LP pressed on Green Vinyl, housed in an individually numbered two-piece box with 16-page booklet and album with trifold cover. Cult Norwegian act Bridges are notable for being the predecessor to synth pop band a-ha [Pal Waaktaar and Magne Furuholmen were members]. Releasing just one album in their short career, this collection recorded at Sound Art, Osloin 1981 was intended to be their follow-up but remained unreleased. Stylistically it moves away from the overt prog leanings of their first album towards a more focussed [almost] pop sound - Look out for 'The Leap' which is an early version of a-ha's 'Scoundrel Days'. The box shows some light creasing/wear [nothing excessive] and the vinyl and contents remain in Near Mint condition. A great copy!) ***Limited to only 900 copies***
